OM and fans can't even see the set up here. Just like OM , the NCAA wants this phase over with.
The court case starting up will provide the perfect excuse for the NCAA to revisit OM in a couple years.
OM got caught while under investigation. Did OM completely clean everything up?

I honestly thought those multiple civil suits against Fulmer/UT would prove some vindication for Bama since Fulmer was allowed to be a "secret witness" in the case. Everyone of those lawsuits were dismissed even though the plaintiffs said they could prove that over 85% of Fulmer's secret witness testimony was utter fabrication and some down right lies.
In the end the NCAA never even turned a gaze at that piddly little shite or any of the other schools that were heavily involved in Means recruitment. They hammered Alabama for 1 SA and 1 fricking rogue Booster.

Bro. Bama is 48-11 all time against Ole Miss and in the two years you guys managed to win back-to-back (congrats, again, on that) Bama won the SEC title back-to-back and won a national title.
