The point is that MSU is less likely to win a championship than Bama is if they make the playoff, regardless of who wins on Saturday.

Based on what? Bama has lost both big games and bowl games much more recently than MSU has.

Until the last drive last Saturday, Bama only had one first down in the second half. LSU choked

So, doesn't this prove my point? How can the better team have ONE first down in the 2nd Half?

LSU choking doesn't make Bama better

Let's be honest. If kiffin sets up a couple of well designed run plays with Dims as the rusher...we will have out stated State.

Right -- because we don't practice against better versions of that every day or anything.

We have more NFL talent on our starting 22 than Ole Miss, no question about it.

Standard reply

Still doesn't change the fact that the better team lost. We beat ourselves........sound familiar?

After Saturday everyone will refer to him as "Dims".

The better team should have at least mustered more yards if they were going to lose on the scoreboard. LSU was out gained by half a hundred.

I guess our coaches are just that much better than all of yours?

Either we are more talented or better coached. You can't have it both ways.

You had 1 first down in the 2nd half up to the last drive.

Out gaining us by 50 yards means nothing. We completed 8 passes...

You just keep telling yourself that, Stevie. Who knows, maybe one day it'll come true.

Pulling for MSU to get into playoffs... with or without Bama. If only one gets in, then I hope it is MSU.

Haven't seen one projected playoff team that can stop Dak or the MSU offense. Take my chances with the Bulldogs in the playoffs... thank you very much.

Alabama outplayed LSU and scored more. So Alabama is better than LSU. That's my point.

I was unaware that the first half and the last drive didn't count Steve. Silly me.

Funny, usually the better team is the one that performs in the clutch.

The SEC couldn't afford for Bama to lose to LSU and have nobody represent the playoff. Consider that.
