if you honestly think the 6-1-1 is the best the SEC can do in terms of scheduling parity, i cant help you

well with a 14 team 2 division conference with 12 games it's the best you can do. until they add more games or expand the conference that's it. going to 9 games loses revenue, unless they make the NCAA season longer and add a game. we might go to 9, but they might wait until they are forced to

Les Miles on schedule disadvantage

playing Alabama has to be tough. Wonder what that's like?

Considering that of the 7 meetings between Miles and Saban, the game was a tossup until the very end in SIX of them. So the correct statement would be "having to play LSU has to be tough."

Even in the 2012 BCSCG, LSU was driving to make it 12-7 in the 3rd quarter but just missed on a potential post for a TD to Landry.

But in the other 6 meetings between the two teams, it was anybody's game right up til the end.

Has any other team played Saban as tough in the last 7 seasons ????????????????????????????

It's not allowed if you're going to have a CCG

Actually LSU is 7-14 against Florida since Florida became their permanent cross opponent, which is why LSU does not want to play them anymore. In that same time frame, Alabama is 7-6 v. Florida. And 7 of those games have been against very tough UF teams in the SEC title game.

Alabama is 10-10-1 against Tennessee since 1992, so it's not like we have gotten some huge advantage by playing them every year. It has been a very cyclical, yet even series. Before Saban came to Alabama, we were 4-10-1 against UT since 1992, and we were not bitching to end the game.

Tenn plays Ga and Fla every year, and has to play the most dominant SEC team in decades every single year, from the West, but there has been no complaining from them. Why do you suppose that is?

That was Bamas excuse not ours. A week of rest is not gonna heal injuries that we have from playing tougher teams. Keep defending your schedule and keep hiding from the good teams. It only makes Bama look scared

Perhaps you can give a breakdown of how good teams will be the next decade, so everyone can make their schedules accordingly.

He didn't say anything about anybody "dodging" anything. Read better. He simply disproved Les' whiny statement that LSU could do better than anybody else against their schedule.
