D-Mac ran a 10.8 100m in HS.

Fournette ran a 10.68

That's a surprise to me. My memory must be bad, because I feel like DMAC was faster.

I'm honestly afraid to jinx the whole thing. LF has been so much fun to watch so far. At the risk of starting a whole distraction bullshite argument... the last time LSU had a tailback this much fun to watch his career ended in less than half a season (one injury and an arrest later).

No, I'm not saying Cecil was as good, but he's the closest thing I've seen in a while (even including a decent number of NFL running backs between then and now).

Ahhhh. Now it makes sense to me. There was nothing I hated more than to watch the tigers play Dmac. Dude was an animal. If that's what this is like, just wow. I always knew he was gonna get all the yards he wanted and Nutt would let him have. Still can't get over when Nutt passed the ball when Dmac was averaging I think 8'yards per carry against us running the wildcat. And they were consistent yards. Not a big play followed by a bunch of short gains. Any tiger fan who complains about Les needs to watch a replay of that game and see the mismanagement by Nutt. It was crazy.
