I agree, I hope he gets through this alright with the national attention he's about to get. He's about to have a lot of negative energy directed his way.
I think the only damning thing he said was when he confirmed that he took money. That seemed pretty cut/dry. I think lawyers would easily be able to claim he misspoke/understood the questions in which he confirmed the validity of the instagram texts. But this will definitely light a fire.

At :42 seconds they ask him about the pictures with the conversation with John miller and hugh freeze and he said "Right, I made a huge mistake". He wasn't talking about the weed video
Then at 2:38 he admits again that the messages were true even after someone asked him if they were fake, he says at first exactly and then says "oh those messages, no those were true and he made a big mistake. Then they ask him if that exchange between him and his coach was about money he said "I'd have to say yea."
So in short, ole miss is f*cked because Hughes name was in there as well.

I see the NCAA allowing OM to slink its way out, but the court of popular opinion has its verdict. The one we all knew: OM bought and paid for those high caliber classes. And, no, it isn't to a level they all do it. LSU, Bama, etc. are big time draws unlike Oxford.

Maybe, but it took a disgruntled ex-player cooperating with the NCAA to take them down. If Tunsil doesn't cooperate (and why should he), they've got nothing.
