I'm actually pretty stoked about that. Generally speaking, UGA recruiting Georgia well bodes well for LSU because while we go after Georgia talent every now again, we don't rely on it nearly as heavily as Alabama or even Auburn. So I'd rather have all the Georgia recruits stay in the East than go to West schools, even if it means we lose out on a couple recruits in the process.

Downgrade from richt despite having a totally richt season? That makes no sense.
Relationships have already begun to bloom for the 2018 and 2019 classes, so maybe 2020?

Didn't Auburn just get a commit today from the state's top athlete?

He wants to play qb, right? Best athlete is lecounte, top player in the state. Jaymest Williams is second best.

Just another troll thread here. I'll play though. Kirby is probably the second best recruiter in the SEC now. He is probably also the second best defensive mind too. He can win his division without having to play and beat Saban's Bama team. This is just an opinion but it's every bit as good as yours but I think he will win a championship at Georgia. I hate Georgia but Kirby is a winner.

He wasn't a winner when Auburn came back from 24-0!

You are a real piece of work. I'm outta here, I will not stick around and argue with a fool-troll like you bro. Troll these other guys, I answered your question...wish I wouldn't have.

Actually a very good and valid point. I suspect Alabama will still get theirs, but it could certainly hurt Auburn.....thus threads like this.
By the way....we are pretty stoked about it, too!
Now if he can coach as well as he can recruit!

Where did I say we would get every recruit? Seriously? Either you are not reading or you are being purposefully obtuse.

Athlete is a "position" where they rank "tweeners". Your links shows him as the 18th best player in the state..

Putting up a fence doesn't mean you get every recruit, but it does mean that the top recruits aren't leaving the state. Like most years, Auburn and Alabama share the top 10-15 recruits in the state. That is the definition of putting up a fence.

So your argument is that Saban is not good? You are picking up a lot of credibility here.

The guy you mentioned isn't one of the top 10-15 from the state..

I'm glad you are excited!
Georgia isn't Alabama. There is a bit more talent here.
We will not get every top recruit in the state.

So tell me. Who gets the lions share of those? Auburn? Or Alabama? Auburn got a fence up in Alabama?
