Theft of a laptop is a felony.
Domestic violence in the case cited probably misdemeanor.

Kiffin is a POS. The fact he took this recruit shows exactly the scum he is. This guy shouldn't be on a football team again, yet Kiffin wants him.

Also shows some of Saban's true colors, taking in a guy like Kiffin for multiple years, when he knew how big a POS he was. Scum all around. Very fitting for Bama

The kid was offered and vetted by the former coaching staff. But don't let the facts get in the way of your confirmation bias

ESPN: QB De'Andre Johnson, dismissed by FSU for punching woman, signs with FAU

From the ESPN article:
quote:

FAU issued a statement Wednesday saying it has done an extensive background check on Johnson, and the quarterback and his parents met with the university president, athletic director and vice president for student affairs during his visit this past weekend.

"The unfortunate incident that occurred in June 2015 that involved De'Andre has been adjudicated through the legal system," the statement said. "De'Andre has shown he is committed to using his platform to be a positive advocate for violence prevention, self-control and decision making. He will work directly with FAU Student Affairs to develop educational programming for our campus community. ... De'Andre is committed to growing and helping others in our campus and local community."

FAU also said that Johnson would work with the Mentors for Violence Prevention program to "educate, inspire and empower others to prevent, interrupt and respond to violence and abuse."

Where does that state he was offered by the previous coaching staff? It's not in that article, but put a bama spin on it.

Today, De’Andre Johnson signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Florida Atlantic University. Since early November, FAU has extensively researched his history with the goal of learning everything possible about the young man.

t for shady former Bama assistants who coached under legends at the Capstone, Auburn would've never crawled out of eternal irrelevancy in the late 80s and their field would still be unnamed. At least Kiffin is not a drunk, hasn't been forced out for NCAA violations, and he's not on tape talking about his pay for play systems and using racial slurs.

I'm always amazed when Alabama Poly fans start throwing words like "trash" and "scum" around about other people. Do you actually have no clue as to how you are looked upon by the real world?...you're known as a fricking cow college!
