I disagree. I think we slowly ease Frazier into the starting lineup like Tennessee did with Bray. I think he plays some mop up duty early, and maybe even some against a few of the better teams, and then let him start around the Ole Miss game. I'd rather a partially experienced QB going into 2012, because every other position will be experienced and ready to win the SEC again

We will see but I dont believe that will be the case. With Trotter basically playing one year, and us having so many big games late in the year, I see Gus keeping him in there to keep his confidence up. I dont see him really splitting duties with Keihl.
I see Mosley doing mop up duty. But we will see.

I said awhile back I don't see the point in burning a year of eligibility just to play in a season where you know you're not going to win anything.

Do you see a RS Fr Kiehl taking the starting position from Trotter in 2012 even if Trotter starts the whole 2011 season?

I think that would depend on how well Trotter did in 2011 and how well he held up. I am still concerned about Trotters wheel. Not sure the knee will hold up. He does look in shape though.

It is very possible but Trotter really controls his own destiny.

Allen gonna be teh shizznit when his time comes. We may not be able to keep him from taking over the #2 spot THIS year, but I hope we are able to redshirt him.

I'll go with Brandon Allen, once the Bus leaves auburn their offense will decline dramatically

I'll be the first to say that Mitchell will never start at Arkansas.

So who starts if TW goes down?

I guess I should clarify. Barring an injury to Tyler, I don't think Mitchell will ever start a game. I'm in the same boat as WPS20 in which I think he will transfer after this year is over. Its extremely common for QB's to transfer and I think either Mitchell or Walker will transfer because they are book ended by Wilson and Allen. It could very well be Walker that transfers over Mitchell but I just think it will be Brandon.

I really hope I'm wrong though because I think that he is a solid QB and I wouldn't be nervous if he had to step in for Wilson.

Meh, we'll hire another good offensive coodinator. They won't be as good as Gus Bus, but we'll have the athletes to make pretty much any coach successful. After this year's recruiting class, we'll be so stacked on offense it won't even be funny for the rest of the SEC and country (we just have to get them experience).

I feel Mitchell will transfer if TW remains healthy and becomes a great game manager. That being said, we only saw TW in one SEC game. He put up big numbers but also threw 2 critical INT's. Can TW lead us to Atlanta? that remains to be seen. BM's problem is that he can't grasp the playbook, and TW does.

If TW has a great year, Walker and Mitchell will transfer, IMO

I'm hoping to see Mitchell starting come mid-January, for Mike Anderson...

Kiehl will. I think he's got the right attitude and will get more playing time.. I honestly don't expect much out of Pike.

There was a QB not too long ago who came out of the classification that Kiehl did, he beat up on Ozark, Gravette and the like too while having been sheltered his life by his father.

Things changed when he step foot on a college campus, you can blame it on the temptations while daddy wasn't around or on the increase in talent level that he was facing, your choice...

You are right, the one I reference was more highly sought after and had more potential.

There once was this guy named Mike Dyer who ran over little, slow white kids all throughout high school and was supposed to be a bust when he got into SEC play (according to folks like you)...

That changed when he rushed for over 1,000 yards and gained MVP of the NCG as a true freshman.
