There is zero chance Hurley is leaving the northeast. He and his wife are from Jersey and there is no way his wife is moving out of the area.

Hurley doesn’t need that job. And UK doesn’t need to pay huge for a good coach. Program history, NIL, facilities, and alumni support make up the difference.
You can spend $8M-$10M per year and not rely on the name of the coach as much, and get a quality x’o and o’s guy.
If you have extra money, put that into facilities
