Credit to LSU for putting in strong work during that series. Those kind of series wins can catapult a team for the remainder of the season. The same exact thing happened when A&M played great against LSU Schloss first season at A&M. Turned the season around and they eventually made it to Omaha. ...

You’d have to look and see if there were close games in that 14-1 sample, to see if A&M performed well in pressure situations and then extended the lead later.
