after UK cuts down the nets tonight Teague, Lamb, Kidd-Gilchrist, Jones, and Davis (whole starting 5) will likely all declare. Plus Darius Miller is a senior.

I know Cal will reload with a new crop of freshmen. Shabazz Muhammad headed to Lexington?

I really think Teague should stay. Maybe Lamb as well. Teague is no where near NBA ready imo.

The transfer from NC State will probably start. He sat out this year.

Still a good team, but definitely not on the level of this current team. It's not a given that they'll win the league.

This year it wasn't a given until I saw y'all play for the first time. Then it was a given.

MKG and Davis are special. Guys like that don't come around every year...and certainly not on the same team.

This UK team is just excellent.

Look, I'll admit I don't like Kentucky, but trying to be as objective as possible doesn't this one and done thing really go against the spirit of what college sports is supposed to be about? A player who knows he's only going to play one year isn't really a student-athlete at heart, is he? Multiply that by 5 players and you have what appears to be a sham.

This is true, but they make the grades and do what theyre supposed to while in school. Cal said he doesnt like the rule himself, but if he can get the best recruits, why wouldnt he want to?

the UK commit list is already great, and 4 of the top 10 (who are not yet verbally committed) have UK on their short list.

The NBA is what caused this. So blame them. Every single coach in college basketball would absolutely love to be able to get the one and done guys. They're lying if they say they wouldn't.

If the NFL had the same rules as the NBA regarding draft eligibility, LSU football's starters would be almost nothing but one and done or two and done.
