UK's bigs are really good. Randle and Johnson will both be very good pros.

Their guards are awful. How many times did the Harrisons and Young dribble into the lane, attract multiple defenders, and turn the ball over?

I'm really going to miss this group of seniors.

The Harrison's should be back, but I think Young is gone. Apparently the NBA scouts love his game, but he might be the worst passer in the league this year.

Dakari is my favorite KY player.

And GO GATORS!!!

What a season.

So, is 18-0 better than 40-0 pre-season?

Sure. And it's about the same as Kentucky's undefeated SEC seasons.

It was opening day for our youth baseball park so I didn't get to see one bit of the victory over the UK team.

I'm sorry I missed it. Sounds like it was a blast. GG Cats

He's not without fault but I'm not dumb enough to dismiss Cal over two seasons. Just like I'm sure you weren't dumb enough to dismiss Donovan with two NIT seasons after two championships.

Uhhhh hate to point out facts Belle...but Donovan didn't have lottery picks when he went to the NITs and that talent level between this years UK team and UFs NIT teams is way off.

BTW I watched the UK vs UF womens basketball game from tip off to last seconds. Great game...if UF had not played the day before as a 5th seed, you would not be watching UK womens bb today..the UF team had tired legs with ten minutes to go...but gave 110% effort...very proud of them. Bonds is a beast and relentless effort.

Pretty sure Speights was taken in the lottery, and while Parsons wasn't taken all that highly in the draft, he's become a very solid pro. Calathes is also in the NBA. Those teams had talent (maybe not as much as these past two UK teams, but still), they just had little to no experience... Just like these UK teams.

Congrats, Gators. I hate you but I'm impressed with your team this year. I hope Donovan gets his 3rd natty this year and then retires on top.

Why would you hate UF basketball?

According to UK fans we have no tradition. I don't hate UK football.

I don't think I have ever seen anyone say this.

I hate (defined for this thread as envy and respect) any program that bests UK.

I also have never heard of anyone saying UF has no basketball tradition, especially since Donovan arrived. Consecutive national championships tends to change minds, if not small minds.

ETA: you have no reason whatsoever to hate UK football. None.
