I have a hard time understanding this man's motives.

LSU made the man rich from '09 to last year. He wanted a 3-year extension; LSU offered him a 2-year extension.

You mean to tell me he's """""""" T H A T """"""""
greedy and vindictive that he's actually trying to sue his former employer because they wouldn't offer him """ O N E """ additional year on his extension ??????????????

Just the very notion of him asking for a THREE year extension kinda proves he was happy and wanted to stay 3 more years.

Just because he didn't get """"" O N E """"" additional year, he's going to make sure he's photographed with ANOTHER SCHOOL'S RECRUITS, WHILE HE'S STILL UNDER CONTRACT AT ANOTHER SCHOOL, and WORE THE OTHER SCHOOL'S COLORS NO LESS !!, then has the ABSOLUTE UNMITIGATED GALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

to coach on the sidelines in the bowl game AFTER THAT ????????? (if you could CALL IT 'coaching').

What kind of blubbery mustachioed pulsating vagina DOES THAT ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The $400k extra A&M offered him and the Miles clause were both bigger issued than the contact length, iirc.

I've questioned JC's motive in this whole thing. aTm would have and will pay the entire buyout, no skin of Chief's nose monetarily.

Why let this drag out so long? If for no other reason, I'd want the cord cut for good from my former employer so I could focus all of my attentions on my new job.

One would think this is affecting his coaching considering the time and mental fatigue a lawsuit can bring upon someone.

You sound sooooo hopeful and optimistic.

And psychotic.

LSU wouldn't have suffered that much even IF some of the 11% of their total budget allocated from the state had been cut. Which it was not.

King is just being overly anal, cautious and conservative about this, and I don't blame him. He doesn't want any kind of precedent to be set for future administations.

I love this ridiculous drama some people are purporting because King is being ultra-careful with the State legislature. LSU has recently been gifted with large endowments and scholarships and monetary gifts from alumni and companies, but that somehow is just magically ignored.

Even though only about 11% of LSU's total budget comes from the State, LSU's administration, including King don't want to lose ANY of it, and will go to every length possible to avoid that.

But, we're "closing our doors".

K.

Gotcha chief. Now go jump into a sewage treatment cesspool..........

I'm sure that had nothing to do with it though.

I'm not seeing A&M on this list, although both their big brothers are showing up:

Yeah we have never in our lifetimes seen an athletic department with this level of delusion unrealistically refuse to pay a mere 400k that it is obligated to pay under a contract.

Never

20 year old butt hurt, I see?

Unlike Chavis, LSU was not in breach. If A&M thought LSU was, why wasn't there a suit filed? Oh yeah, because there was no breach. LSU found USL to fulfill its contractual obligation with A&M. How'd that game work out for A&M, again?

Then tell Gradual. He's the one that thinks we're "closing our doors." Maybe HE would be interested in our "little list" ???
I only put 3 question marks since you requested I "stop typing like that."
