Tennesee is to high; same with Ole Miss and A&M

Tennessee is about where I would have put them.
I think Ole Miss could be a bit higher, better than LSU to be honest at this point.

Obviously a fun talking point in the offseason. But, no one knows shite at this time of year.

The point is why isn't Josh using this past season and blend it for the upcoming season? That is how you do it by seeing which teams have done well in the past season and what the expectation is for them this coming season. Mizzou is one that has a potential to make the playoffs this coming season. I don't see Auburn or Oklahoma making it. What I am talking about is which team has the potential to make the playoffs and you put those teams higher up on the list than those that don't look like a playoff team.

It's clear that he put 0 thought into this ranking. It's a way too early one made just for clicks.

How do you come up with Power rankings when no one has played yet? These are just rankings.

Bama still has one of the most talent rosters in the country, and probably 2nd most talented in the SEC, even after all the departures. The departures were replaced with a recruiting class that ranks #2 in the country, even with the 2 departures.

He thinks Nick is still there too.

And he thinks Daniels is still at LSU.

And he thinks that Milton is still at UT.

He takes the past 3 seasons and he's spot on.

Meaningless rankings. Spring hasn't happened yet. However, some players have transferred in now and don't have to wait for fall camp. Huge difference. Some teams have lost a lot to the portal. Others have extremely tough SEC slates. Then, there are a couple of new HC's. I'm thinking maybe about a fourth of this list is right where it should be; and most of that may be toward the bottom.

It doesn't take into account the upcoming season.

Outside of Missouri and Kentucky these are basically ranked by 2023 record.

Not very insightful.

Should be UGA and Texas at the top. Then, maybe, Ole Miss before it gets murky at the next few echelons.

Lots of unknowns. It will be fun to see it sort out
