Only play two above us both at home. Solid

OU plays 2,3,4,6,7. Doubt they end up at 5. SEC was not very nice to them in their first year.

Texas get #1 at home and the bottom 5 their first year.

Why? Other than a run in the 90s and few years in the 2000s UF is what UF has always been. A mediocre team.

Well, he explained in the video that this was a snapshot of the programs over the last three years not a ranking of the teams for 2023 or 2024.

Kind of confusing but it explains why teams are where they are.

Georgia & Missouri will play in the 2024 SECCG in Atlanta -

do the math on the schedules but those are the two who will meet for the SEC championship -

5 SEC teams will play in the CFP - Ole Miss, Tennessee & Texas join Georgia & Missouri -

the biggest melt will be when Georgia & Missouri have to play the 1st round of the CFP after just playing in the SECCG - in a kneejerk reaction the committee will expand to 32 teams for 2025 -

Kentucky fans must be wondering by now if they’re getting their money’s worth

4th highest paid HC* in the SEC

12th ranked team

My guess:

3 SEC
3 B1G
1 Big 12
1 ACC
1 G5
+ next 3 best teams each year

Idk how they are going to treat the PAC 2 or Auto 6 Champs

Lol, Pate is such an aggy shill these days. I used to think he had pretty objective, rational takes..but like all talking heads biases form eventually. Hope he's well paid by the aggy hordes.

I just watched and the only reason I can think of is he would have to put aggy (and possibly Bama) lower if he did it by where teams are trending. We're just supposed to ignore the fact #2 and #8 not only have all new coaching staffs but lost a shite-ton of players to the portal...especially aggy from their "greatest class of all time since the concept of time was invented" lulz

OU with a new OC, QB, and a reworked Oline isnt 5th.

Move Ole Miss and UT ahead of them and I'd say it looks about right.

of course you do. well just know, deboer took a team with talent outside the top 25 that won 4 games the year before and won 11 his first year at washington. Alabama will still have the 2nd or 3rd most talented roster in college football next season, its going to be like going from driving a dodge stratus to a Ferrari from a talent perspective. And if milroe cant pick up the system hes got that Mack kid who transferred, 6'7 240 redshirt freshman who was odds on to win the job in washington next year and knows the system.
