One player per year is certainly an indication of a cultural shift.

Keep flaming.

So I was confused. All of the terms that were tweeted are for the guilty plea. The prosecutor is still going to try to revoke probation.

Since the judge accepted this probation, does that mean it's more unlikely that other probation will be revoked?

That all you got? You are in a very small minority, even within your own fan base, if you think Hill deserves no more than some extra probation. Yea probation really seemed to scare him the first time he got it.

he got more than extra probation. and he still hasnt gotten his football punishment. you think the kid belongs in jail? do you understand how many prisons would need to be built if parking lot bar fights put kids in jail (even kids who were already on probation for unrelated acts).

im not sure you really understand the real world to be honest.

Did they release the whole Order of Probation?

I'm sure a petition to revoke has or will be filed.

Don't know the judge, so I wouldn't venture a guess. I've seen it go both ways...and it really depends on circumstances surrounding the convictions. It actually probably helps Hill that the first conviction is a sex charge...I know that one of the arguments I would make would be that they were not similar conduct...

He should be suspended for a few games, this video makes him look like a total bitch.

Les is thinking about the number 4.
4 games?
4 quarters?
4 plays?
I'm all for 4 chances.

Well, yeah. Do you know anyone that is capable of getting their phone out before something happens? The video started in the middle of what was going on.

What happens to normal people in BR who get convicted of a crime while they were already on probation? If more probation is the answer that explains a lot about why BR is so full of gangs and thugs.

In BR, like anywhere else. It depends on what the situation is. Hill here got what 99% of us would have gotten in the same situation.

Glad to see you're upset though. Where's Trey?

keep in mind any suspension from 1-4 games is really the same. because there is only 1 loseable game in the first 4, and its the first one.

Well that's my point. Anyone have an idea of what happened in it's entirety, not just the very end?

I think we should get rid of probation as a punishment if it means nothing when you get arrested again. I am well aware of jail overcrowding.

Think about this "punishment" in terms of how Hill perceives it. He was charged with sexual assault, then they plead it down for him and he gets probation and a curfew that gives him an exception for football. Now, he gets arrested again while on probation and he gets the same thing, even though he had been warned that any further arrests would revoke his probation. Hill thinks he owns Baton Rouge now. Hell I would think the same thing if I was a star athlete and the judge let me off twice.
