I know. I absolutely love it. He's genuinely one of my favorite coaches because of that and his humor. And he always seems like he respects fans of the sport, regardless of the team they root for and how boisterous they get.

Alabama's version of the student leadership committee is what sent those guys home from the BCS game last year. With regard to LSU, It seems like last year, there was a palpable shift in the season between the negative leadership at the beginning and the more responsible guys stepping up. Can't remember what game it was, but it seems like it was when that lineman left the team and everyone started playing better even though it was almost the whole second string.
Maybe that will carry over into this season.

A lot of the guys that went into the draft (definitely not all of them) being gone will make the team a little easier to manage.
