Thank God my school LSU does not consider basketball the number one sport. It has to really suck to be a UK fan considering all you have is basketball.

Basketball is just as popular as football across the country. And the NCAA Tournament typically has huge TV ratings.

Not really... college basketball is pretty darn difficult to win the national championship. Kentucky is pretty much top tier every year under Cal.
Very few other programs can claim that.

Bilas is a hack along every other person questioning Simmons' character and whether or not he is a winner. In 3 years of American HS basketball, the kid won 3 national championships and was the national tournament MVP at least 2 of those years. Now he is a bust because of 1 great individual year, but average team year under Jonny Jones.

Dude is being questioned because he has no swag, no MOJO, no personality that inspires people around him to win. He puts in his 20,10,5 every night like he doesn't even care to be there. He will probably struggle in the league, for a while at least.
