If we're being honest, which some of you frickers aren't, I'll take the following over Te'o

1. Jones
2. Tree
3. Minter
4. Moseley
5. Te'o

I am certainly not high on teo but I am willing to listen if someone could explain how the terns "well rounded" or "impressive career" apply to teo. His statistics are average with the exception of interceptions, which I don't particularly value at MLB. He is not extraordinarily fast for his position or size. He certainly doesn't get to the qb when it is called for. So other than playing for Notre Dame what are we even talking about? A MLB who is #260 and tackles well?

Jarvis Jones without question.Minter and Mosely would be my next choices. He is over rated and will be exposed against Bama

You'd take Te'o over Te'o? Must have been a pretty tough choice.

Te'o had 128 tackles and 5 sacks last year. Do you think he got worse this year?

His role has changed from a rushing the passer standpoint (doesn't do it as much because he's used more in coverage, and with Tuitt, KLM and Shembo, Te'o isn't needed to rush the QB), and the big one, ND's D is on the field much less this year, because it's so good, which hurts his stats.

Anyone saying Te'o is a victim of the hype machine who didn't watch the games. Te'o gets his picks primarily on balls thrown directly to him where the receiver is open or off a tipped ball that falls into his hands.

If you watch his "great" tackling skills, they pretty much come due to not being blocked. Maybe the teams Notre Dame plays aren't used to a 3-4. Who knows? What we do know is that failing to block inside linebackers is a crime. Te'o has very limited ability to get off a block.

Intangibles? Sure, whatever. I'll take a head hunter over "intangibles" any day.

that's rich Gumpie...not caring about stats

You natty loving sidewalk gumps love stats more than a DoL geek, you manipulate them when they suit your delusional agenda (see NC claims)

as for being a playmaker...HoneyBadger say's Hi, "oh,he gave up 4 receptions"...

which is it?????

I get what you are saying, but teo plays ILB/MLB. That position usually does have the most tackles for obvious reasons. He is a big ole boy, with average speed for his size and position and tackles well...I would take him on my team but he is nothing special.
