Why was he not charged again? I literally stopped following that story because it was just running around in circles for about a week.

Because she wasn't straightforward about her story. A lot of things she said didnt line up with the investigation/reports.

Why hold a press conference? If they aren't happy with no charges being brought then sue him and the Tallahassee PD. Holding a press conference makes it look like they are just in it for the attention now.
