He has a lot of work to do in that regard. we haveto get better at that before we face the rest of the schedule because Aggie, LSU, and AU have legit D's.

I wouldn't say the Aggies have a legit Defense. They have a great DL in Garrett but after that they suck. How else could UT get 700 yards against them? Did you see them trying to tackle Komara and crew?

Lolz. He's slight of build and he runs. It's a concern and you're a typical gump to believe otherwise.

He'd best learn to slide this week, or Watts/Wilson/Evans will take his damn head off.

I cant wait until Jalen Hurts comes to Tiger Stadium. I honestly couldn't tell you when the last a true freshman quarterback defeated LSU in Death Valley

Not heisman level yet, but he has really give a new element to that bama offense. If he continues to improve, he'll be a candidate next year.

Tiger stadium doesn't intimidate anyone from Bama, see series record.

Since 2004, LSU has either won or played a very close game against Bama in Tiger stadium. The atmosphere has undoubtedly given LSU a better shot. In 2008 and 2014, two terrible LSU teams brought #1 ranked bama into OT in Death Valley.

Losing is losing and I can count on one hand the number of times LSU has beaten Bama in Baton Rouge in my life, and I am middle aged. It is pretty clear that Alabama isn't intimidated by Tiger Stadium. To Alabama, LSU is just another divisional team that sometimes makes it interesting, but Bama usually beats.

Who the frick cares? If JT is a Heisman candidate, Hurts is as well.

No way in hell this year.

Not as a true freshman.

See how he finishes the season and then maybe next year or his Jr year. But I can definitely see it as a possibility with him being at UA (team that will prob only lose one game max, compete for conference and national titles and get maximum exposure while he's playing).

it has nothing to do with intimidation. you can probably count how many times LSU has beaten Bama in Tuscaloosa in your lifetime on one hand too.

The level of crowd noise effects every football team. Well coached teams such as Alabama usually handle loud atmospheres quite well compared to most teams, but it still affects their communication process. In heated SEC rivalries the crowd is usually loud enough to where the opposing QB is unable to call audibles. If you think home field advantage has no effect on the outcome of games, then you are arguing against numbers.

In the past five seasons, the home team in SEC conference games has won 55.3% of the games.

LSU has lost 13 conference games since 2011 and 9 of those losses were on the road.

Don't you have to be able to complete a pass longer than 10 yards to win a Heisman?

In the past 5 games, Alabama has beaten LSU 100% of the time. No offense intended, but you guys didn't fire your head coach, mid season, for nothing. This probably just isn't going to be your year.

Just sayin.
