I have to disagree about his vision....Trent never learned to improvise and change his direction if his lane closed up. In college he could just hunker down and run over the defender. That's not going to happen in the NFL. You have to be wise enough to realize you can't truck everyone and have a little more finesse. He made his yards in college from sheer power. I really hate it for him because if he acquired that skill he probably could have been a Hall of Fame back.

Well, the defensive personnel for the Jaguars and the Browns are twice as good as the best ones he faced in college, on average. So there's that. Plus, he was a power N-S runner and that really only works in the NFL when you have monsters like Chris Samuels blowing holes for you. And then there's no escaping the personal issues in the background. Didn't he have a whole string of baby mamas? Bet every creaton in the hood was on him for a handout, too, like they did Rolando McClain.

No mystery. He got paid and then got lazy.

I can't blame him, I'd probably do the same damn thing if I'm being honest.
