Good move?

Living in Texas, I was glad to see Texas A&M join the SEC. They always seemed like a strong fit culturally. It also improved the college football conversations I could have with Aggies.

Mizzou did better than expected. Long term probably a good choice considering teams that were interested. Unfortunately for them they will forever be remembered for 24 / 7 ESPN news stories on Michael Sam and poop swastikas. Posters on here seemed to forget about jiz jars, Harvey Updike, butt funnels, etc. for about a year.

2012 Alabama would have been 14-0 if not for expansion.

Watched that game with a bunch of Aggies. I was cheering for Bama and sat there in disbelief. On a positive side, it was a story book game for the Aggies. The surviving Junction Boys traveled to Tuscaloosa for the game as well as the full Aggie band. I think some of the Junction Boys were in poor health and passed away before the next season.

They've both been good additions.

From the A&M perspective, it has been pretty much all positives. Better product, better competition, more exposure, more rev, improved culture, improved tailgating, and on and on. We should have done this in the early 90s.

aTm is an alright addition.

Missouri, not so much. Would trade them for an ACC team in a heartbeat.

First there was Hitler who went in to Russia during the winter and then there was the SEC expanding to 14.

A&M was a logical choice in the West.Looking back
I think Maryland (yes Maryland) would've been the better choice in the East.

The DC/Baltimore/N Virginia TV market was a huge benefit for the new Big 10 TV deal and one of the reasons their per team revenues will be about $14 million hire per team than the SEC

I appreciate that. The back-to-back division titles were nice in the first 3 years of us being in the conference but let's be real, we were't brought in to boost football. Now that Kim Anderson is gone, we should be able to finally pull our weight in our main sport.

Mizzou Arena is ready

The Antlers are ready to heckle the opposing teams with vulgar and inappropriate remarks.

And after Jontay Porter reclassifies to play with his older brother, the most talented class in Mizzou basketball history is ready.

They were able to take advantage of a really weak east division, and won a couple games not many thought they could. Overall, they were a terrible addition. They fit better in the B1G, and the SEC should've gone after VA Tech or Clemson.

A&M is a good fit.

Missouri is just an odd fit all around.

Clemson was never going to happen and they bring nothing in regards TV revenue/markets

Va Tech wouldn't have been a bad choice.

Mizzou wasn't a bad choice at the time in regards to
revenue and expansion into TV markets.Just a odd fit geographically

A&M was perfect. Still having trouble accepting Mizzou being a member. It's like a perfect cake recipe with 13 delicious ingredients and the somebody decided to take a shite in the batter.

Beat the snot out of Mizzou in our only matchup and Aggie has been an automatic win. So far, so good for LSU.

Means nothing to me. I'd rather the school be a good fit for the SEC, and Mizzou isn't that.

Bull shite. I was at the '78 Liberty Bowl when Mizzou beat the snot out of lsu. The record is now 1-1.
