Saban and Cal alone shite on anything AU is fronting.

Didn't realize we were only taking the current school year into account. If so Saban certainly doesn't "shite on" Malzahn. He managed two losses with the most loaded roster in CFB and another typically easy schedule. He got out coached by Malzahn for 3 1/2 qtrs, and he choked big time on the national stage

Cal this season is enough to put UK firmly behind AU though

I can understand the rankings considering we have a new coach, but if McElwain is successful we jump right back into the #1 spot.

If I am thinking about whether I would want our combo or AU's, I would definitely take Donovan/McElwain.

A SEC title absolutely shits on 4-4 and 8-5. You'd have been better off arguing Gus's whole resume.

Saban shite all over Malzhan the moment he hoisted that SEC trophy. How could you argue otherwise when only taking the current school year into account?

GUS would have won a national title with Saban's team

Not with a losing record against Bamas combo. And one of them is Anthony grant. Plus all Gus is good for so far is one season greatly exceeding expectations and one greatly underachieving expectations

There is, literally (and I don't use that word to be funny), no reason for UGA's pair to be 9 spots below Auburn's. None.

I agree that UGA is ranked rather low but this may say more about Richt than anything. I think many are beginning to question his ability to push UGA beyond consistent underachiever? Outside of Cal, Donnovan, and Pearl SEC basketball coaches have little separation between them so I don't think Fox weighed you down much.

*I do think Frank Martin is good basketball coach but I don't know how much of a difference that will make at USCe

Still waiting on big Bert to win more than 2 sec games and also be able to see his feet. Real question do you think his wife has to tie his shoes for him it has to be hard to get all the way down there with that guy he has

Last night's abomination does not alter my opinion of the genius of Pearl and Malzahn.

Bruce Pearl is playing with the depth of a Division II team and has still had several impressive wins and close, competitive loses.

Once he has his players in place he will rule tSEC with an Iron Fist

Bama out scored Auburn in every Qtr but the 2nd. How is that out coaching Saban for 3 1/2 qtrs? After Auburn scored the early TD in the 3rd qtr after the interception, Bama outscored Auburn like 34-3 until AU's late garbage TD. Our definitions of out coached are very different.
