I don't disagree w your characterization of the trophy.
We'll see what happens.

Noles - you are USC. You may very well win it this year but you choke more than any team ever - I guess maybe equal with USC.

You always are the favorite yet lose to a goat like NC State.

My grammar is bad because I type fast and dont give a shite to edit.

I am pretty solid on my schoolin' there Nole. Your guy is getting play because they don't want JFF to win.

I take that back. Your guy is getting play because he is awesome. I love the way he plays actually. But he is no JFF. That is not a diss (is that how you spell that?) but Johnny is in the argument already as one of the greatest college players of all time. In fact the conversation is down to him and Cam.

I love Winston. Don't have any issue with you.

But let Winston beat the National Champs at Home as a fresh then lose to them but drop 450 passing and 100 running and 5 tds. The most ever vs. Saban or the Tide EVER. and we will talk.

Plus I am trying to talk to ten people and type and watch the series. Grammer police are gay.

This is what it boils down to for me. Gonna miss watching him play in a maroon jersey.

Whether he wins it again or not is almost beside the point.

I think JM is the best in CFB even with his antics. I love the fact that he is truly a team player.

I think that's a fact that's lost in all the hoopla that constantly surrounds him (and yes, he brings much of that negative hoopla upon himself, for better or worse).

During the postgame presser, Johnny mentioned how much playing for this team meant for him. And it wasn't something where a reporter put him on the spot and he had to "say the right thing." That spoke volumes, I believe, and explains why his teammates have always had his back through all the craziness.

Don't get me totally wrong. He is an amazing athlete and he puts my head on a spindle watching some of the stuff he does. But, I think you have to wait and see how the injury plays out and how the Oregon and FSU guys finish up. My point is, he could have helped his case doing the PR trail rather than doing the "Boys Gone Wild" piece over the off season.

Who cares. Heisman =/= Best Player in the country anyhow. I think the first year I stopped caring about the Heisman was when Leinart won the award. After that it's been meh. I truly think it's lost its zeal with all the politicking people do these days (see Manti Te'o).

2 losses and counting, and a turnover machine... he's not a heisman.

True. I stopped caring when Carson Palmer won over Brad Banks.

VY was awesome. I put him 3rd. I tend to have Tebow lower than most. I feel Cam, Johhny and VY were the key to the winning. Yes I know JFF did not win it all.

But Tebow's team was sick. One year they just pulled the starter and did QB sneaks and shite.

Tebow was good but his teams would have been better with many many many QBs. Dude couldn't throw without a 10 second plant. and people loved his fullback dives that broke his nose.

Tebow was a full back who can hit a wide open receiver. Well who cant in the NCAA world. With almost any QB in D1 top 40 Fla would have been favorite to win. Tebow brought nothing spectacular to the table, other than an unreal ability to market and make money off JC.

JFF, Cam and VY. Their teams would have had HUGE problems without them.

I think JFF, then Cam the VY. Tebow isnt in my top 10.

That was after Manning/Woodson so I gave up before you. So there. But actually Gino Terreto in 92 had to have been the biggest joke in the award

Boys gone wild is ESPN, not JFF.

Would you be more happy if he was just smoking weed in the dorms?

Think Joshua Think.

Players are getting arrested for rape, robbery, stories about Bama and agents everywhere and they disappear. You name it and ESPN says nothing.

JFF with a beer goes every day for a month.

Just think. Seriously - just think for yourself. Not what ESPN says.

Glad I had at least a couple of years believing in the award. I guess I got confused when I started to see numbers from other guys and more information came out to compare. Basically, I stopped believing every player from USC, Notre Dame or any big school was obviously the best player.

When Leinart won it I was convinced Reggie Bush was the best player on their team, and Peterson was the best player in the country.

Nonsense. ESPN had a conspiracy going that prevented another Manning from winning the Heisman.

He had a good season and had one game where he played both ways and had a great receiving game and and interception on defense. Other than than, he wouldn't have even started at State that year.

The NFL scouts give huge credibility to players playing in the SEC. This is true. You can choose to not believe it but it is fact.

If JFF, as a fresh, breaks the all time SEC record - plays Bama after the year long SABAN WILL SHUT JFF DOWN. So JFF drops largest digits on Bama in the history of the Tide or Saban.

Do you hear ESPN retracting and touting JFF - NO. They do briefly, then move on.

If any Nole thinks Winston can plop 450 pass 98 rush 5tds - speak up.

JFF will likely break the sec record for O. Beat the all time single season - beating crybaby archie and sending his #1 single game performance to what 5th. Has beat it so many times by the 3rd quarter it bores him.

The SEC is the SEC not the ACC or Pac whatever. JFF plays with no D and has the balls to flip off the national media.
