I don't think there is an SEC coach who left their program in as miserable a state as that slob-twit left arky.

Books should be written about it. What a catastrophe.

It's overblown. Bielema averaged a top 25 class, we just hired a high school coach who's in way over his head.

Butch Jones says hello.....That F'ker all but burned down the program his last 2 seasons. The a-hole should be banned from football for life.

Tell that to the portion of the fanbase that wants to fire Morris for it. We truly have some dumb ones.

Delusional. We beat Coastal Carolina in their first year as a Division I football program with an interim head coach by one point in year 5 of Bert. Coastal Carolina went 3-9 (2-6) in the Sun Belt that year.

But yeah, his team had talent.

Every fired coach leaves the program in shambles. First pr step for new administration.

This is wrong think.

Bert had decent class ranking due to his overrated reputation. His classes had no coherent final purpose. If he wanted a power, 3 yards and a cloud of dust team, then do it. He wanted it but didn't recruit for it.

Bert was way over his head from day one.

How dare fans be dissatisfied with the worst season in school history followed by the 10th best recruiting class in the league.

Chad has a 16-32 record as a head coach with zero Power 5 wins. Now he's coaching in the SEC and recruiting at the bottom of the conference. People are right to be critical.

It's more astounding that he went to three straight Rose bowls and won 10 games five times in the big10.

Curly Hallman did a pretty good job of doing that here. You guys will be back eventually. Trust me the Saban climb at LSU was made more special due to the tough years of sitting in that stadium as a kid. Hell that guy did it at 2 schools!

It’s easy just go find the next Nick Saban. You can do it!!

Wait. Are you actually defending Bert's record and management of the program?

Half of the people on this message board would have caused less damage to the program.

It’s pretty wild. The void of talent he left on the OL is mind blowing considering that was supposed to be his strength.

You can't blame a coach for not being able to run an offense when the QB he's given is Tyler fricking Storey.

Blaming him for a recruiting class he had to form coming off a 4 win season that WASN'T his doing without a complete coaching staff until January is just as brain-dead. Thinking this team had talent on it when they went 1-7 in conference thanks solely to Ole Miss doing what they do best the year prior, running a system they were specifically recruited for, playing for a coach that recruited them is, like I said earlier, delusional.

No talent at QB, people literally having to change positions just to fill out the O-Line, WRs that couldn't even separate from Colorado State, and a defense with nothing to play for.

Yeah, let's blame Chad for that in year 1 because some recruiting sites told us that the kids Bert got are actually good even though every result they've garnered on the field has been awful. Buncha geniuses.

So talented.
