Ole Miss will not beat Auburn. Vandy probably won't either.

Come on, man.

if Auburn has a losing record this year, will the Chiz be either let go or on a serious hot seat?

The bigger question is...after we fire our coach...what the frick are we going to talk about on this board?

FTR, that wasn't a Utah State joke. I was giving you guys credit for being a totally different team the next week.

It's true though. This board has gone off the deep end based on one game.

I have confidence in Mett, I'm just saying starting on the road in the SEC and playing in the 4Q against Ole Miss up by 50 is a little different. UF and Aubie are not gimmes.

They're not?!?!

Well I guess it all depends on your perspective. If you are comfortable losing to a team from a very weak conference, that gave up 70 in its previous game, and lost by 37, and that has lost 5 bowl games in the last 6 years.....with the single win a squeaker over Kentucky....then more power to you brother...Did they win the conference last year? Absolutely....tells you how weak the conference is since they lost FOUR games last year in all, and gave up 70 damn points as a conference champion. You are fricking Auburn for crying out loud, not some also ran college football team, and you are claiming a moral victory over a fricking team from a weak arse conference that has won 1 conference championship in 20 years, and that in their BEST year, gave up 70 points in their bowl game and lost by 37, while losing 4 games in that GREAT year. Wow...that is sad.

No. We're just not giving up the season based on that game. There's a difference.

not gimmes....but the LSU running game is even stronger than last year...and even as somewhat of a rookie...he is better than what we had. The offense is no doubt better this year.....OL can't be worse, RB's can't be worse, WR's look great, and ZM >>>>> JJ. Plus, neither team has much of an offense. Maybe not easy...maybe it will be, but I don't see LSU losing to either one of these teams...just too powerful of a team against weak offenses.

why does everyone but Auburn fans put Chizik on the hot seat?

How come 90% of people who put Richt on the hot seat every season aren't Georgia fans?

Regarding chiz, everyone else in the country can see what auburn fans are trying their hardest to turn a blind eye to- he's just not a very good coach. His entire head coaching career has been average at best outside of one miracle season shrouded in controversy led by one of the greatest players the SEC has seen in some time. I'm not taking that season away mind you..it happened, it counted, and goes in the record books just like any other season. But the facts are that aside from that one flash in the pan storybook season, he quite frankly hasn't done anything worth a damn.

Tell me where I was wrong there? Please? Clemson is a joke, and you know it. And it says a lot you guys have fallen to the level to try and spin it any other way.

Ok, that is not true. This time last year there were tons of UGA fans in Atl that wanted his arse gone. and the year before.

I don't blame you, I would not either. However, that is why I said this week is so important. IF Auburn loses, it could get ugly.
