I'll say this LSU goes into the plains for a first year QB on the road not a gimme in any way you look at it.

Nothing great about Arky outside Wilson and Davis...Hamilton and Gragg are decent, NOTHING on D.

I agree with this...especially after they gave up 24 to D2.....but they can score a few points on you, and not sure auburn can keep up. I'm actually pulling for Auburn in that one, just not sure it will happen.

K...he is not a fresh....he has had a lot of experience in juco, and actually played on the road in an SEC game before. Mett is the least of our worries....whatever he is, he is better than JJ.

can Chizik lose some games first? why are jumping the gun? Auburn was beating a top 15 team in the 4th quarter in their only game of the season.

IF...they lose this week...I say 1-4....not giving State the W just yet. They are going to have to prove they can beat someone other than Ole Miss in the West.

Haven't you learned by now that it is fun for other fans to hate on AU...its very common. Not at all surprised by this thread, which is very original at that.

wow, you have fallen that far that you are claiming a moral victory over an ACC team that is not even the best in the conference. That just blows my mind. That sounds like some State shite or Ole Miss shite, not a team that just won a NC and has been recruiting exceptionally well. Seriously, that shite is weak. If it were LSU, I assure you I would not find a moral victory in hanging close with a team from the ACC.

yes, we fear the future, Auburn has looked very frightening in every game where Cam didn't play... Seriously, I think it's funny that you guys are still making excuses, while your team continues to descend into the second tier of the SEC. Actually, it's giving us a taste of what Arky will sound like next year as they struggle to have a winning record.

Coach Chizik is 3-0 in bowl games, including a very big one. I'd think this would buy him a pretty fair grace period. I know it would with me.

Exactly... Chizik's clock started over in 2011, so this is basically his second year... He MUST produce next year, but no way he is on the hot seat... EVEN if he goes 1-4...

I think we are all discounting Auburn too much right now. They played one game so far and could have beaten Clemson. We thought the same thing after the Utah State or whoever the hell they played last year. Then we gave them a 14 point head start and they were a totally different team. Who knows what they will look like Saturday.

Because they don't feel like he has proved himself. Yeah he won an NC with Cam and Gus. People haven't seen him do anything impressive without Cam and now Gus is gone. If Chiz has a good year, people will stop with the hot seat stuff. Many people see a disappointing year in the works and he has been around too long for that to happen right now, especially with the recruiting classes he has brought in. He's gotta prove em wrong.

Uh, they beat Virginia and Northwestern, second tier teams in the big 10 and ACC....they have had top 10 recruiting classes, and continue to have shitty seasons without cam. You can find a moral victory with beating those two perenial conference cellar dwellers......but I'd be pretty damn disappointed if it were LSU and they were looking like auburn in their direction of the program.

lee was able to get a win at auburn with much less talent around him.

we are going to burn down the plains and make blue tuna proud.

then arky will put auburn out with some hot piss

Nobody is claiming a moral victory, but we're not throwing in the towel on a huge chunk of our games because we lost to Clemson in a close game either. Some of you people are too extreme. We almost lost to Utah State at home to open the year last year and still won 8 games.
