Southern Miss is on the rise though

The fact that the OC is still employed is unbelievable. Worst play calling in history

worst OL i've seen in awhile. what play was called didn't matter. they couldn't run block and damn sure couldn't protect the qb.

Big difference this year playing OSU vs. Jackson State the last two years. If this team quits on him, then yes, he has to go. If they finish the year strong and go to another bowl, he's on solid ground.

Mullen just isn't a likable guy. He's kind of a cold person and the only reason players come to State is because they like his assistants. I just don't think the players are going to keep playing hard for him.
If you see a team like LSU perform poorly and lose a game like State did today, you know that the players are going to come back and play hard next week because they love Les Miles. I don't think Mullen's players love him and could quit on him.

Play calling was lazy . Someone ran the same 5 plays over and over. Mullen might be the very best MSU can do.

I honestly don't know how to improve the MSU and ole Miss programs. With the SEC loaded , somebody is going to have a down year. Might be LSU this year or Georgia. Not every program can win. The math does not add up record wise.

Ole Miss is improved indeed. Over the past 10-15 years, there has not been real consistency sans e. manning era.

I disagree. I think Mark Hudspeth from Lafayette would be a great hire for State. Their defense was good and Hudspeth was doing a pretty good job at recruiting. He's a very likable coach.

It isn't hard to notice y'all have been paying recruits. MSU would get caught if they tried what y'all do.
