Would be shocked if the 4 in BOLD ever wind up in the B1G

B1G may want the Domers but all the Domers I ever knew personally wanted NOT to be in the B1G and some of them wrote VERY big checks (like build a building size checks). What you B1G fanboys never get is you are the creepy stalker to Notre Dame while the ACC will be the White Knight to all your unwanted stalking.

As for southern schools, ACC has gotten stronger, not weaker in the last few realignments and with the B12 collapsing I could see the ACC planting a flag in Ohio the same way they planted a flag in KY with LoserVille. If ACC added UC + WVU that would rekindle some long term rivalries that would add demand for the ACC. Pitt vs WVU becomes a conference game. UL vs UC becomes a conference game. If UC gets in the ACC, B1G loses the O HI O monopoly they have enjoyed for a century or so.

End of the B12 started the day they lost the TX monopoly to the SEC

The other nail in the coffin was moving B12 HQ to Dallas, do you think the B1G would move their HQ to the East or West Coast? Think about that.
