You're a fan of a basketball team that won as many playoff games as the Lakers

You're full of shite. I didn't grow up in Alabama. I don't like Auburn but I have far more disdain for Tennessee. I'm sure fans from the state hate Aubie more but not all of us.

Furthermore I made a thread one time recently on the Bama board asking which series a poster would choose to keep if forced between IB and TSIO. The replies were very close.

Auburn and Bama fans love to trivialize each other by claiming other teams are more important to them. The reality is that no one game can rescue a season or destroy a season in the way that the Iron Bowl can. And deep down, Bama and AU fans know it. Admitting it makes their rival more important and that is why they won't acknowledge it. Bama and AU would miss each other 10x worse than Texas misses aTm. It's hatred for one another that has made both teams so successful the last several years.

Arkansas is a secondary rival for Mizzou.

Whether they want to admit it or not.

They seem to have a mighty strong dislike for SCar as well, though...and we play them every year.

I'm not trivializing anything. I dislike UT more than AU. Nearly everything you just posted is your own opinion.

What is the root for the aggy vendetta against LSU? Don't say there is not one because its more then obvious yall have one. It's more respectable to just own it. So what's the deal?

Any AU fan claiming that UGA is their most hated rival is full of shite.

Outside of my time at AU, I've lived in Georgia my entire life. Outside of some in-laws who I hardly see, I have no Bama fans in my life. On the other hand, the vast majority of my family and friends are either AU or UGA fans. To think it's 100% IB or nothing is shortsighted on your part. I prefaced my previous statement with "vast majority" of AU fans consider bama the #1. Sorry if my background and view upsets you.

No vendetta, lots of cross border family and work relationships. That makes it fun. I can't count how many LSU posters work in and around southeast texas, I personally work for a New Orleans company. Makes for lots of smack talk and banter.

That's what it's all about. As soon as we joined the sec LSU flags started flying and LSU bumper sticker sales went through the roof in south Texas.

I've been to WLOCP and the Governor's Cup and the Governor's Cup always seems more intense. I think more UF fans dislike FSU more than UGA.

If you are an OM fan north of I20, its MSU. South of I20 it's LSU.
