1. Has to hire a competent D coordinator
2. Must learn how to recruit. We have to get much better talent than we pull in yearly.
Once these 2 happen we should be getting back in the right direction

I am an LSU fan. Always have been.
I am just trying to figure out what to do after LSU wins 6 games this year. I thought I'd ask the SEC Rant since they have made their predictions and know how the season will go. I thought that maybe they would know what we are supposed to do next.
So far, I think that we might be able to hire Burton Burns as our new Head Coach to help save the recruiting class. He will have coached under Saban, so he will be in touch with the process and he has the New Orleans connections that we have not had lately.
All that he needs to do after that is hire a decent DC.

By the end of 2011, Miles had gone 13-0, finished with the best record in CFB, beat every team on the schedule, including 3 eventual BCS bowl winners.

Listen, brah, I've been doing this a long time. I just want it firmly established that LSU is in DECLINE. I want to get the SEC Rant fully committed to the idea, since they have been telling us this for months now.
Thought I'd just play along.
It will make this season all the sweeter.
Garfield gets it. Even though he's a Bama fan, he still gets it.
