So did Quin Snyder...doesn't make him the best coach.

Norm MacDonald was a decent coach for them. Harvey Quinn was just going through some hard times plus he was juggling all the batman movies. Do you guys want to party?

so who is it Norm, who took years to achieve what Anderson did in a couple years? Quinn who could recruit but couldn't coach. I'm asking for opinions

I don't have any opinions. I do have an empty box of fricks you can place all the opinions you receive in.

And the ONLY reason he did it is because of perfect timing with family connections. You see what he does when he doesn't have any family in the pipeline...nothing for four years.

Norm Stewart was hands down the best coach the program has and possibly will ever have. Even though he never won a title with Missouri he won the conference several times, which Anderson never managed to do, and he had sustained success for years and years and oh yeah, he is a hall of famer.

Anderson has done nothing other than a couple of tournament runs that were the exception during his career not the rule. Get back to me when he has reached half the number of years Norm coached and let's compare what they have done.

I don't know about that, but he was a pretty good linebacker at LSU.

Same team:

Mike Anderson, 10 seed in the tournament.

Frank Haith 30 win team, 2 seed in the tournament.

Mike was a great coach at first with us, but there is no denying the shite job he did those last two years. He lost his team, he lost big name state recruits in Otto Porter and Bradley Beal.

I loved Mike till that last year at Missouri but it was his time to go. For you hogs to try to throw it at us like we care, we simply don't. However, the abomination of hires after Mike has been another story. (Alden, bleh)

Is he the worst coach in Arkansas history. He's in year 4 and hasn't even made a tournament?

Frank Haith made it to the elite 8 in his 1st year as Mizzou's coach... and we all know that he sucks as a coach... Anderson is a good enough coach, just not the best IMO...
