you just admitted that he was a dirty recruiter at Miami, and that mizzou is a stepping stone school. Really? Tulsa would pay more than Mizzou... OUCH!

1)Rumor: - a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth.

2)I was never/have never/will ever, be a fan of Haith, yes he cheated while at Miami.

3)Your post makes you sound like a complete idiot.

Stop with the Anderson/Haith comparison, they're both garbage. Norm is the best coach in Mizzou history. End of story.

the numbers don't add up that way. Norm was at a different time when a coach could do nothing in the NCAA tourney and some schools were just fine with that. In today's world he would have been fired long before he reached an elite eight.

Not bad for someone who was National coach of the year twice. Also winningest coach in big Eight history. Noted a top 50 coach all time, which is not the greatest but that's much much much higher then suitcase Mike will ever reach. Looking at these rankings, they're some damn good coaches who are ranked behind him.

winningest coach in Big Eight history only because Mizzou held on to an underachieving coach for so long. KU and KSU both achieved more while Norm was coaching Mizzou. Again in todays world he wouldn't have coached that long

SOOO when Coach K started off with 3 losing seasons he should have been fired, but due to the "times" he was able to keep his job, and therefor his career doesn't mean shite bc duke held onto an underachieving coach.

And the ONLY reason he did it is because of perfect timing with family connections. You see what he does when he doesn't have any family in the pipeline...nothing for four years.

Norm Stewart was hands down the best coach the program has and possibly will ever have. Even though he never won a title with Missouri he won the conference several times, which Anderson never managed to do, and he had sustained success for years and years and oh yeah, he is a hall of famer.

Anderson has done nothing other than a couple of tournament runs that were the exception during his career not the rule. Get back to me when he has reached half the number of years Norm coached and let's compare what they have done.

I would say Norm Stewart would be the best in Missouri history.

On top of that, he is a great guy. I had him for a beginning golf class at State College of Iowa and he was a hoot. He threatened to flunk me in the class, if I didn't help him teach the class.

Oh, I was on the golf team and just trying to boost my grade point a bit.

damn...was doing two things at once... ment to say he had a 30 win team in his first year as coach... and he still sucked as a coach.
