I wouldn't doubt if we hired some guy that nobody is talking about because that's what we've done in the past, but this time it doesn't look like they are playing around.

The program doesn't need to be built up from the ashes. That would be the case if there was no talent - that isn't the issue. Poor coaching is the issue.
