Personally, I think he's the victim of a character assassination. It's hard to say he wasn't. If that video and texts don't leak then he is a higher pick, earns more money, and doesn't have to deal with the public fallout of his actions.

How so? La'ell Collins certainly was. Schefter leaked a poorly worded tweet about him being wanted for questioning in a murder case. In reality they wanted to interview him.

Tunsil on the other hand, just had the unfortunate luck of having his dirty laundry aired. He smoked pot and got paid by coaches. That's not an assassination on his character, it is fact.

I get what your argument is. My final point that you didn't address is that none of us know enough to say either way.

Was he hacked or was it someone he gave access to at some point that hurt him?

Was he blackmailed or was someone determined to hurt him by releasing it and looking for payoff from a reporter.

We simply do not know enough to make absolute statements either way.

It appears he was a victim of hacking and paying for his decisions.

I know enough to know that he is a victim of a social media attack, which has been my entire argument.

It appears he was a victim

And you agree with me. So I'm not sure what you're trying to get me to say. Many of my points have started with "For all we know" for the exact reasons you pointed out. We don't know anything other than what is put out there.

Yes that makes sense. Plenty of victims make mistakes. If Iwave my house unlocked and someone comes in and steals from me, I'm still a victim. I understand there has to be a crime committed by the hacker in this scenario, and we are still waiting to hear the details on that.

I don't know if he was blackmailed for sure. Could just be an enemy he made somewhere. But I have to assume that someone screwed him over either for money, or for payback.

I think his hang up was the same I had. We assumed he was being absolved of wrong doing if he was given the victim label.

My apologies if I gave off that impression during my argument. It was unintended. I'll admit, I do have a bit of bias when it comes to marijuana.

No reason.

I've said multiple times now, in this thread and others, that he shouldn't have filmed himself and he made a dumb mistake. The fact that you can't divide the 2 subjects here, even though it's been directly placed in front of your face multiple times from multiple posters, is telling.

You can't teach an old dog new tricks I reckon. We can just agree to disagree on this, assuming you're capable of doing that.

Most of the questions you have haven't been addressed yet. Last we heard was Tunsil didn't know who did it either.

Dumb logic? You are aware weed is a banned substance?

Not even going to bother. It's been explained multiple times in this thread.

I'm not reading all this shite.

He smoked weed on camera.

Weed is a banned substance.

Josh Gordon has missed a large chunk of his career due to weed.

What team is going to use a pick on a guy who has evidence of using banned substances? He's lucky he went on day 1.

I don't think you gave that impression so much as we assumed. (Yes, we know what that means)

Just saw something on 247 that indicated they have some type of indication that it was, indeed, his ex-Financial Advisor.

Not true, at all. A $300 light bill is not WAY out of line, considering it said it included water. Either you live in a small house, or you don't pay the bills.
My light bill/water bill is usually around $230 a month and we are very conservative with lights etc.
