You conveniently forgot JRM, Sutton, Kongbo, Kelly, Berry, Robertson, Richmond, among many others. There is no team in the east that comes close to the amount of proven talent UT has going into 2016. This doesn't count as proven talent, but FYI our "average" DB class included 3 players that were top 100 national prospects for the 16 class.

Richmond isn't proven. Sutton and JRM are seniors. You don't have great players behind them. Having 3 Tfr dbs doesn't mean shite. Its a bad thing in most cases.

Why is that? Hamilton operated things the same way. There's this mentality that the status quo is probably better than what they could possibly end up with.

I finally got to read the attached affidavit and the first 40+ pages were Jane Doe Vs account of what allegedly happened to Drae. I don't know where the full affidavit is (hasn't been posted by anyone I can find) but the fact that Jane D. V's account is the first part is telling. FWIW, it appears that her account is what has been reported.
The fact that Bowles went to the Bowl game months after speaks volumes.
So in a word the answer to your question is: No. It would take more than this for CBJ to be 'damaged.' Of course it could happen but right now it looks to be lawyers using the media to force a settlement.
I don't doubt UT can improve on this issue but so far I haven't seem much to indicate they're any worse than the average.
