Ask any Longhorn fan if they would trade their spot in the Big wtf conf for an SEC spot and they would jump on that.
The Longhorns biggest home game this year is OM and almost nobody in Texas will be able to watch on TV.
You can wishfully hope that TAMU in the SEC is a failure.
The actual situation in Texas is that the Longhorn fans feel like they have been served a shite sandwich while watching the Aggies play Florida, LSU, and Alabame on nationwide TV.

Nah, he means the guy who took a predicted 5-7/6-6 team in it's first year in the SEC and finished in the top 5. He means the guy who took an offense nobody said would work in the SEC and set the single-season yardage record. He means the guy beat Arkansas so bad he had to bench the starters with an entire quarter to go. That guy.

If Bert finishes top 5 this year he might be equal to Sumlin as a coach. They have pretty similar preseason expectations to us last year

Wouldn't all of you agree aTm over the past 5-10 years, have probably been the 4th-5th best program in the state of Texas?
1. Texas of course
2. TCU- BCS bowl win. Conference titles. TV exposure
3. Texas Tech- all the drama from 3 way tie of Big12. 1 losing season since 1992.
4. Baylor- Came from the depths of ineptness to win 10+ games and a Heisman winner.
5(?). Texas A&M- only finished ranked 2 times since 1999. Has only won 10 games or more once since 1998.
