Teams ranked in preseason poll/total seasons: Miles 11/11, Saban 4/5, DiNardo 3/5, Hallman 0/4, Archer 3/4, Arnsparger 2/3, Stovall 1/4, McClendon 9/18, Dietzel 2/7 and Tinsley 0/5

Well yeah.. hes the best coach we've ever had. I'm sure if Saban never left for Miami he would be but Miles has done a ton for our school.

LSU is right on the edge of being a top 10 all-time team. What Miles has done is pretty much head and shoulders above every coach we have ever had. Saban absolutely built a strong foundation, but Miles kept it going for a significant time period.
