Right now, the worst thing for Tunsil to do is to talk. He is in negotiations for a contract and doesn't need any more leverage than the Dolphins already have. His agent told him to shut his trap and I don't blame him.

Too bad for the SEC
NCAA is in a bad situation
Let's say your wife is okay with you going to the strip club. You know the boundaries you know the rules. you have agreed to it behind close doors no big deal. Does she feel the same way if your mother in law and sister law know you went and made it rain?
Whatever back room rug sweeping the NCAA did with Ole Miss is out for public consumption. They have a brand to defend a multi-billion dollar brand.

Nobody has mentioned this yet:
When Tunsil's lawyer was asked how he knew the NCAA already knew about the texts when nobody had seen the NOA- he declined to comment.

Same here but I was asking if there was any trouble with the nfl he could get into due to his college days (taking money if so)?

Uh...you understand the electric bill issue was when he was an amateur. The financial advisor, agent, and attorneys: those come along starting in January when football is over. These guys can start taking money the day after the Sugar Bowl.

The elephant in the room that won't go away: Tunsil's lawyer will have to explain Tunsil's no then yes comments on live TV when asked if he took money from a coach. If it was as simple as requesting approved money per the screen shots of texts exchanges, as now allowed by the ncaa to athletes, then the lawyer might have a legit explanation.

Nah. Alabama is fine. Just unfortunate a popular and talented coach was fired.

Is that the same lawyer who gave us this quote?
quote:
"I haven’t been exposed to people like that. I’m exposed to people who commit murders and robberies. But, to me, people who do things like this are worse.”

Some football? How many games do we have to sit out?

Say what about the attorneys?

But new details did arise as Miller represented himself and attorney Steve Farese defended Tunsil.

Mississippi lawyer Steve Farese is representing the Nkemdiche brothers and expects a “total denial” response to be filed next week in regard to Baird’s complaint.
“To me, this is a complaint,” Farese said when questioned about whether or not the case would advance to something more.

Brunetti, 21, was cited for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Mackey, 23, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault when, according to Oxford Police Department records, he bumped a police officer.
Court dates are pending for both Brunetti and Mackey, an Oxford Municipal Court clerk said Monday. Attorney Steve Farese Jr. confirmed Tuesday that he is representing Brunetti and that he has a court date July 31 but would not comment further.

Watch OM lose 3-4 like they always do even in their dream season...

If you only knew what I knew. The first letter and the exposure of Tunsil's tweet is the least of your worries lol.

Why do Mississippi State fans seem to always "know" more about Ole Miss than Ole Miss fans? Heck, they seem to know more about Ole Miss than they do even about their own school.

You are so full of shite.

You gonna find out what we know. I will say this, knowing how the Ncaa works the second part might take all year. But it's the most damning evidence against you. Mark that down right now! I actually like it though, you been lying to the Ncaa and they setting you up nicely as a repeat offender. Lmao

And it's not just your track and field cheating, or your womens basketball and football that has you in hot water.Did you know your mens basketball has been looked at? Is there a sport Ole Miss has not cheated in? This, with rogue boosters and asst AD and coaches paying players is called DEATH PENALTY! Lack of institutional control baby. The entire college world saw it and if you think the Ncaa is going to give you a pass you are sadly mistaking.
