Sumlin will pull enough talent from Houston alone to compete with the big boys of the SEC in 3 years.

The Arkansas and Vandy's of the league will know it soon enough. In a way, Bobby P "bowing out so gracefully" only accelerates the inevitable and will make the acceptance for those types in NWA more better easier.

So, do you believe your school will have more athletic success in its first 5 years than Arkansas?

Your athletic program as a whole pales in comparison to 75% of this leagues.

I'd like you to provide us all with some numbers showing that the A&M athletic department "pales" in comparison to 75% of the SEC. In your research, you'll find the inverse is true.

But I like you. You and your innocuous approach to flaming.

You could say our overall men's revenue sports pale in comparison, and that would be a stretch given our baseball team making the CWS last year, and our bball teams under BCG and Turge making the tourney 6 straight years.

Otherwise, rephrase your statement because it makes you a moron.

No, the moron is the one who thinks his teams will come into a tougher conference and compete on all levels with the best programs the country has to offer.

Ill ask you all again....Do you think Aggy will come in to the conference and have the immediate success Arkansas did?

I don't think you will. Your football program is mediocre and has a new coach. Your basketball program is on the slide and has never been more than mediocre historically.

Am I wrong? The facts say I'm right, no matter what recruits you get.

I can't say you're wrong because to do so would be to ignore your delusion, or at least not give it proper recognition.

So I'll just say you're delusional. But I look forward to following your posts on here now that Petrino is gone.

Why don't you check the Director's Cup standing for the past 3 years and show how A&M compared to the rest of the SEC. Is poor little Arky even in the top 25?

Can't answer that question until after year 1.

If A&M plays to its potential for a change instead of going in the toilet when they face adversity, they will start to believe.

Momentum begets better recruiting, which begets more wins.

We can't have a first year like Franchione or Sherman did.

I find Arkansas boring now that John L. Smith is your coach

Good for you. I've always felt the same for the Aggy. I did feel sorry for your program when Arky State came on to your turf and left winners. That's the only time you could say I had any type of "feeling" for Aggy.

Check the directors cup for what?

I don't have to check anything to know you haven't won a major mens national title in a long fricking time.

How far do we have to go back? 1930s?

2 years later, we lost to Ohio State in New Orleans.
1 year later, we blew out La. Tech in Shreveport
1 year later, we lost in a blizzard in Shreveport
9 years later, we lost badly to Georgia in Shreveport

Don't rally care to click on a link while I'm on my phone.

Does it show some type of national championship for Aggy post 1930s?

It's a reminder that Arkansas has a loss to the Citadel on its record.
