The funny thing is, I've seen people argue that the committee purposely avoided a Bama/UGA matchup in the semis just so they could meet up in the finals. What's ironic is these are the same people claiming SEC bias, but fail to realize that pitting 2 SEC teams against each other in the semis guarantees an SEC team in the title game. It would seem they don't have much faith in the teams playing UGA and Bama if they're already melting that it's going to be Bama/UGA again, which ironically is them admitting they think that UGA and Bama are the two best teams.
