Really? I've never understood why Arky fans are obsessed with that play. I know it was a heartbreaking loss for you guys but every fan can point to lots of those.

You serious, Clark?

We were 8-0 (staring 9-0 in the face) ranked in the top 10 and were about to beat the #1 team in the country in their stadium. That fumble cost us the outright SEC West and a National Title shot, while Tennessee went on to win it all.

I'm surprised that a Tennessee fan, of all people, would act like this play was no big deal. It's not like we were 4-5 or Tennessee was having a down year.

The play that allowed Jordan Jefferson to break the long, run crossing the 50 yard line, in the 21-0 National Championship Game.

They were meant to not win the NC. They weren't that great of a team. Just lucky.

Y'all still lost the next week to Mississippi State and would've had to rematch against Tennessee in the SECCG.

Just from this year it's either Beckham muffed punt in Athens or fumble at the goal line in Tuscaloosa

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and predict that if we don't lose to Tennessee especially in that fashion we don't lose to moo state. You know that whole more to play for thing?

Cool your aubession leghumper. Losing in the final minute of a MNC game to the higher ranked team is something you could only dream of.

That MSU field goal was wide anyway, we should have won that game and gotten the rematch with Tenn.

You talking about the Steoner fumble v. UT and the the 3rd and 18 that we pulled off in Starkville? We do 3rd and 18s all of the time.

In the 59 game ole miss would change the goal line tackle that billy cannon made. Has anyone ever scored the winning Td and stopped the winning Td in a game between undefeated teams besides billy cannon.

That's a question for I59 Tiger. I doubt though since 2 platoon went away years ago.
