UF would have the best track, just like we have the best football stadium
Mississippi schools couldn't participate cause they're too poor, lulz
Georgia would never win either (just like in football). Their drivers would be suspended for unpaid parking tickets and/or driving w/ suspended license
South Carolina would have the best pit crew, cause they're really good at pumping gas and such.

And yea, Helen gets a squirly with the Ferrari every now and then but after 2-4 quarters of autobahn driving he gets a little worries about cops and setting an example for the kids driving their rice burners. That and obviously his license is expired.
