Just to clarify for you.. Mizzou only lost to ONE team in 2007.

right, lost to them twice. Including once in a game where people above them lost and the national title was right there in front of them for the taking.

Just because it was the same team doesn't make the games count any less.

based on what, exactly?

2007 they were "kinda" close, but lost to the 2 best teams on their schedule. Btw his 2007 team wasn't clearly better than our 2007 team either.

That's 1 year out of 14 that they sniffed a title. And before you say "well yeah, but the question is what would happen if they had better players!?!?"...well, it's his job to get good players. What would happen if Richt had a top 2 recruiting class the last 7 years like Saban has? We'd probably have a title. What would happen if ANY head coach in america had a roster full of 5 stars? They'd probably be better.

If pinkel had all 4 and 5 stars, it's insane to think they wouldnt' have had a better team. Of course they would. But so would a shite ton of other coaches if you gave them the same situation.

Someone has a short memory.

Besides 2007, what other years did missouri challenge for a national title? They were 5th in the BCS in 13 going into the SECCG, even if they had won it's guesswork at best to say they would have jumped up to 2 to play FSU.

That's a typical UGA fan mindset. I'm thinking of natty's and you're not even considering them as a goal.
Typical Bama mindset

only it's not, because we did recruit cam.

Plus, we all know how what type of character his handler I mean father is. When rubber hit the road we would have been outbid for him anyway.

Tre Mason is still scoring touchdowns from the SECCG two years ago. Shut up with Pinkel.
