You're right, because the O-line should be expecting a guy to lead his head into their QB's back at full speed a few seconds after he throws the ball. They should also not attempt to run downfield and block for whoever gets the ball and instead should wait for Fairley to attempt to dig his facemask into their QB's face so they can pull him off and stop him.

There are a few, and I respect them for their posts. But the majority on this site have excused his behavior in one way or another.

I'll let the rest of this board judge if you're right that the majority of Aubies have condemned Fairley. MOST have defended him.
