Alabama is the better team. And everyone says so, except Auburn fans. LSU fans say it,

On paper maybe, but the game is played on grass. Auburn is and was better. LSU's defense is just set up to stop more spread style offenses. However, I still not explain the Ole Miss game other than the rival factor.

LSU fan poses hypothetical question

Auburn fans scream and cry at Bama fans for asking the question

Yup, ITAT all over again.

Depends on if Cade Foster is the kicker for Alabama. With Cade Foster- Auburn wins four or five times Without Cade Foster- Auburn wins one or two times

No, it really depends on if Cyrus Jones is starting as the #2 corner. HCD played with an injury, and Alabama was playing without the true leader of the secondary and run stopping specialist, Sunseri.

That's not the point. Do you mind explaining what significant starters Auburn was missing? HCD was injured but couldn't come out and only had 1 tackle according to an article that was shared here. Vinnie Sunseri would have been very helpful versus Auburn. Another thing, Alabama played quite undisciplined and did not tackle the way they usually do. Auburn needed an improbably, extremely rare play to beat Alabama's B- game. I laugh at the fans that talk about losing the turnover battle. Auburn only had 1 turnover. How about the multiple turnover on downs that Alabama had in Auburn territory?

Auburn wins at home 4/10. Away 2 or 3/10.

Alabama is the better team.

Which is why they lost I suppose.

Really though, bama can be better on paper all they want. Fact is bama players and coaches don't have the balls or mental toughness to beat a good AU team. They fold just like this year. Or as Pat Dye likes to say, bama just ain't man enough to beat a good AU team.

34-28.

0-10 and counting son.

You can tell that the Auburn folks are coming around. They're beginning to approach the "reality" stage where they realize that you can't run from the truth...the real truth.

If both teams played tomorrow, neutral field, no weather issues, and Vegas didn't have to worry about the public or sharps, what would the spread be?

Oh, I've known the reality for a while. Even said it before the game. Told everyone that would listen bama's lil bebie balls would not be enough in Jordan hare and their assholes would pucker up when they showed up and they would lose. Told everyone in my office who doesn't understand AU and Bama.

Just the way it is and has been for a long time. Even posted it here about ten times pointing out Bama has never in their history beaten an AU team that finished ranked at the hare. Just not man enough and never have been.

Spread? Dunno. AU has covered by double digits almost every game all yr. AU would probably win again too.

Probably -7 to -8 Bama, but then Vegas has been wrong about Auburn all year.
