Bama will absolutely be #1. But this year the top-3 have really seperated themselves and two of them play each other. Doesn't matter, not even a little bit.

LSU, Bama, and Florida all play each other in the regular season. West plays East in SECCG. If the competition for #1/2 is between SEC teams, that will no doubt already be settled when it matters.

No and I don't care if they deserve it or not let LSU carry that monkey all year. If we beat them in Nov it will be fine assuming we are undefeated which is certainly not a given with Fla and TN left on our sched

In a sense we are kind of overrated but that's compared to Bama, LSU and Arkansas, we were predicted to finish 3rd in the East so you should actually blow our doors off, but still I give Bama number 2 regardless of the score

Without a doubt. If LSU loss to both Bama & UF it would not surprise me a bit. That said, if the roles reversed all the way around I wouldn't be surprised by those outcomes either. The fact is LSU, Bama, OU, & UF are playing the best ball in the country right now. It sucks we are log jammed in the SEC without a playoff system. I would have no doubt that it could easily be 2 SEC teams in a playoff system playing for everything.

One Oregon is not a great team, two Ms St is unfortunately horrible right now and after Bama plays Fla Assuming we win our sched will be as impressive as LSU. I believe Bama and Fla would both beat Oregn equally as bad. LSU most impressive win is WV because I really believer they could beat Oregon as well. Oregon does not impress me, WV handling yall DL did.

I'm so tired of these threads. Oklahoma, LSU and Bama are all three bunched together until somebody loses. For the polls to be legitimate you have each team sharing number one at different times during the season if they start beating other highly ranked teams. Besides, the BCS formula is the only thing that matters.

Obviously u don't know football, tigers opted read and react on a qb that takes a three step drop and release the ball wanting to cause turnovers and we did then when we needed put in cruise control and crushed wvu, don't know what game u watched but that is what happened, but the one thing we can agree to is we will settle on the field, like it should be. National championship is on nov 5
