Maybe, but I wouldn't count on HUNH.

Think you will see
TON of Off tackle runs
Playaction bootlegs to get Harris on the outside and have Run/pass option(think this will hurt bama)
WILDCAT w/ Fournette
zone read
then of course Harris throw a Bomb.

Not dominate as a pass rush or in coverage but in stopping the run they are pretty damn dominate.

Can't even take you seriously.

I realize LF is good, but Alabama is the last team in the country you want to try that against without going high tempo. Especially on the road.

Is this the first time you e paid attention to LSU/Alabama games? We've done it since Saban's arrival. Two smash mouth teams going head to head trying to wear the other down in the 4th quarter. Y'all seem to forget LSU has an offensive line that can limit Bama's rush defense effect on the game.

Y'all don't run the same HUNH/fast pace that AU used to run

HUNH is just hurry up no huddle. LSU has ran that quite a bit this year when they've felt they had an advantage.

That's why I believe they're not as great (notice I still say they're great bama fans)

That secondary is inconsistent

Jones and minkah make plays but sometimes they're so glued to their man they don't see anything happening around them and I've noticed that's when bama gets scored on

Why are you claiming national championships that weren't won by Bama?

28 Total Major College National Championship Year(s)

Bama doesn't want to be greedy, so they just claim 15.

Alabama's D-Line is one of the top 3 in the country but they have one major weakness; they're extremely heavy.
The average weight of their 4 D-Linemen is 312 pounds, and 320+ when they rotate Allen out (only 270) out. They can stuff the run on the first few downs better than anyone, but when you force them to go quickly and don't give Saban a chance to substitute, less talented offensive line's can absolutely start getting some push.

That was true of the past but Saban has changed it up. No longer does he have the huge guy (Terrence Cody or Jesse Williams) that is slow but not movable. Now they are much faster and he has a system of changing them out as needed for rest or siutational that his much quicker.

Plus Les's MO is not to make drastic changes but to tweak it per opponent. He may try to make more QB runs or LF hitting the edge to break up the DL in the center. But, he doesn't do HUNH so he's not going to start now. But Les will be Les not Hugh Freeze.

Harris was 13/19 against Florida. You might be looking at Florida's Qb stats for that game.

If we need to go light we just sub williams and evans or anderson in. There is no way around or dline depth, and trying to get cute is gonna get lsu buried. They better just try to do what they do well and hope its enough

If Ole Miss can move the ball on you, we'll be fine.

ETA: Our O line depth won't need to find a way around. They'll go right through.

He posted the same shite in another thread earlier this week, and was corrected.

I see he still hasn't learned how to read.

LSU can run sideline to sideling thus making those big D linemen hurry to seal the edge. They wont have to run a full HUNH to wear them big boys out. I expect 1st quarter to be a lot of runs right at them to get them working then some runs to the edge

I disagree but I do expect them to throw the ball down the field more at the beginning of the game.

People that say this didn't watch the game. Over half those points were gifted. They still count. But, it's not really on the defense, nor is it something other teams can plan to benefit from.

We're supposed to excuse Bama giving up 40, but our defense gets shite because they've given up 20 points a game even though most is that is from teams playing catch up and us getting lazy with a comfortable lead.

in the 2010 game vs bama we actually started with three straight power toss dives out of the no huddle

you can't explain away 43 points when the offense scored all of them

sure, they turned it over, and ole miss had great field position...bama didn't hold them to field goals, ole miss scored TDs.

and ok, short fields...433 yards of offense for ole miss, I'd hate to see the yardage total if they didn't have short fields.

and another point about their inconsistency and inexperience...ole miss didn't turn the ball over

no explaining away that 40 burger...and i'm not saying Alabama can't or won't go in there and turn in a defensive performance for the ages, or that they're not fricking awesome defensively...I'm saying they're not the immovable object that those other bama defenses were (macro sense, in some games or periods of games, they certainly look like it)
