Not a Blue Blood
Schedule absolutely sucked. They were never in the game with the only Blue Blood they played (USC).

Either Penn St. (With a win) or Michigan will get their spot. I would bet a lot of money on this. The Big 10 and SEC run college football all by themselves and will always get the benefit of the doubt. It's not fair, but instead is nothing more than politics.

Washington is a top 15 program. They are fine.

Penn St

Has beaten one team that is currently ranked in the top 25 and has a 1-2 record against teams that are currently ranked in the top 25. Their schedule and resume isn't that much stronger than Washington if it is at all. They have one great win against Ohio State and a bunch of wins against subpar conference competition.

I've said it a thousand times. Until all conference champions are recognized I don't care if you win your conference. Ohio State while not as strong as years past is one of the best four teams. Washington dismantling Colorado makes me respect them more. Not that I think Colorado was a great team but Washington beat them
Like they should have. That's why Bama is where they're at unfortunately the SEC took major step backwards but outside of LSU and OM Bama destroyed everyone in their schedule.

The only reason would be that the committee has a boner to get Michigan in there, but even they couldn't justify snubbing Washington

Washington will be in. Will they win a game? No.

Flame away guys, no problem. Tomorrow the committee will SHOW YOU just how political they really are. They gave you a sneak peek dropping TCU from 3 to 6 after winning their last game by 50 plus. Ohio St., step right up at the frogs expense. I really think it will be Michigan over Washington. Just watch...

A 2 loss Michigan team will not jump a 1 loss PAC 12 champ under any circumstances lol

Ohio State, with one loss, drubbing someone by 50 in the B1G title game is different than two loss teams leapfrogging one-loss teams who won their conference decisively.

You can't equate this season to that one. The circumstances are different. Far different.

This is ALL ABOUT name recognition and who has THE BEST football players and name recognition coaches in the country! It's about the best RATINGS and making the most money for all parties involved. Flame away, you guys just don't get it I guess.

NEWSFLASH: IT IS NOT WASHINGTON (or Western Michigan, etc.)

UW is in. Period.

If PSU wins - they're in. Period. Big10 considered best conference this year. If you don't put the champion of the best conference in, then there's no reason to have conferences any more. And there's definitely no reason to wait until the conference champ games are done. The whole thing will become a joke.

I'll concede your point if Washington is left out, but not before then. This is only the third year of the playoffs. Trying to compare this set of circumstances to another unlike set to make your point isn't working. Washington will be in. I know Auburn fans come out of the womb with tin foil on their heads, but wait and see before you commit to this particular conspiracy.

Don't think so. The committee is indeed quite biased. Look at the members and tell me who would support U Dub over Penn St. or Michigan. MAYBE Ty Willingham?!? That's it.

This isn't the top 25 polls. There are people other than sportswriters involved.

The committee will probably include Washington in the playoffs. They went 10-1 regular season and just crushed Colorado in the Pac-12 Champ game.

They beat Colorado and Stanford. WOW! Where are the good wins at? Non conference wins? I'm all ears my friend....
